    Shipping information

    It is your responsibility to ensure your flowers reach us within three days of your event to achieve the best possible preservation results. You may either drop them off at our Sydney studio or send them via Express Post.

    Once your artwork is complete, you’re welcome to collect it at no additional cost. Alternatively, you can select standard shipping for $20.

    As each piece is custom-made, we’re unable to offer returns for change of mind.

    Your artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

    How many flowers will fit in an A3 frame?

    An A3 frame suits brides with a smaller or more considered bouquet, or anyone wanting to preserve a few key flowers rather than the entire arrangement. It comfortably holds 3–5 larger blooms, supported by smaller flowers and foliage for a balanced result.

    A3 suits wall display in bedrooms, hallways or living areas where you want the piece to feel present but not oversized. It’s a balanced option if you’d like more than a small selection, but don’t need the scale of a full bouquet layout.

    What materials are used in the A3 frame?

    Each frame is crafted from white Meranti oak and professionally made by a local Sydney framer.

    Your flowers are secured to an acrylic backing and protected with UV-resistant perspex. Chosen for its lighter weight and durability compared to glass, perspex is ideal for display, though it should be handled gently to prevent scratches.

    Wall mounting hardware can be added free of charge, so your artwork arrives ready to hang.

    How long will my A3 pressed flowers last?

    When cared for properly, your A3 pressed flower artwork can last for many years. We use archival materials and UV-resistant perspex to help slow fading and protect your blooms from light and moisture.

    Like all real flowers, some natural softening of colour may occur over time, particularly with lighter tones, but this is part of preserving genuine flowers rather than artificial replicas. Keeping your artwork out of direct sunlight and away from humidity will help maintain its detail and colour for as long as possible.
