Shipping information
It is your responsibility to ensure your flowers reach us within three days of your event to achieve the best possible preservation results. You may either drop them off at our Sydney location or send them via Express Post.
Once your artwork is complete, you’re welcome to collect it at no additional cost. Alternatively, you can select standard shipping for an additional cost.
Returns policy
As each piece is custom-made, we’re unable to offer returns for change of mind.
Your artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

FAQs
What size frame do I need for my keepsake paper?
It depends on the size of your paper and how much pressed flower coverage you'd like around it. Each frame size suits a different paper format:
- A4 – suits A6 sized paper, with room for pressed flowers arranged around the paper
- A3 – suits A5 sized paper, with space for a fuller floral arrangement framing the writing
- A2 – suits two A5 pages side by side, ideal for vows displayed together, or a single A4 letter with a generous floral surround
If you're not sure which size fits your piece, send through the paper dimensions when you reach out and I can recommend the right frame.

Do I need to drop the keepsake paper off in person, or can I post it?
Either works. You're welcome to drop it off in person at the Sydney Inner West location, or post your keepsake paper.
If you choose to post your paper, I'll send the address and packing instructions after you order.
I must receive the keepsake paper within 8 weeks of dropping off your flowers.
How is the paper kept in place inside the frame?
The paper is secured with archival-grade glue, which is acid-free and designed not to yellow, bleed, or damage the paper over time. It's then sealed behind UV-resistant perspex, which protects both the paper and the pressed flowers from fading in the light.
What are the frames made from?
Each frame is crafted from premium oak and professionally made by a local Sydney framer. Your pressed flowers and keepsake paper are secured to an acrylic backing and enclosed with UV-resistant perspex for protection. Perspex is lighter and more impact-resistant than glass, though it should be handled gently to avoid scratches. Wall mounting hardware can be added so your artwork arrives ready to hang.
