Shipping policy

Production Time

All pieces are custom made to order.

Please allow 8-16 weeks for your artwork to be completed. This timeframe begins once:

  • Your bouquet or flowers have been received, and

  • Your order has been confirmed.

Because each piece is handcrafted and carefully preserved, production times may vary slightly depending on seasonal demand and complexity. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be notified.

Shipping Rates (Australia)

Once your artwork is complete, it will be shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post.

Flat shipping rates:

  • A2 Artwork: $30

  • A3 Artwork: $20

  • A4 Artwork: $15

These rates include secure packaging and tracking.

Signature on delivery may be required for higher-value items.

Shipping Timeframes

Please note that delivery time is separate from the 8-16 week production period.

Shipping is available within Australia only, with delivery via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post typically taking 2-8 business days depending on your location (metro or regional).

After dispatch, standard delivery timeframes apply based on your location within Australia. Estimated delivery times can be viewed via the Australia Post website.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging & Care

Each artwork is professionally packaged using rigid reinforcement and protective materials to ensure safe transport. While every precaution is taken, please inspect your parcel upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any concerns.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Always in Bloom is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

All parcels are shipped with tracking. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
