Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Always in Bloom Studio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

1. Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you’re requesting our services. We’ll confirm your order once payment has been received, at which point your booking is secured. We may need to decline an order if we’re unable to fulfill it.

2. Before Flowers Arrive

a. You’re responsible for arranging and covering the cost of getting your flowers to our studio.

b. Please package your flowers carefully and clearly label them with your name and order number.

c. Flowers that are not claimed or collected within six months of arrival may be responsibly discarded.

d. If you include personal items such as ribbons or keepsakes, please make sure they’re clearly identified and suitable for pressing. We can’t take responsibility for items that aren’t clearly marked.

e. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, the type of flowers being pressed, and material availability. Flowers with higher moisture levels often require a longer pressing time, which can extend completion dates.

f. If your flowers don’t arrive at our studio within five days of your wedding, we may be unable to proceed with preservation. In this case, your order will be partially refunded.

3. Preservation Acknowledgements

a. We use traditional, natural flower-pressing techniques. Because flowers are organic, some colour fading, browning, or changes in appearance can occur during and after the pressing process.

b. White flowers are colour-corrected as standard at no extra charge, unless requested otherwise. We don’t colour-correct other flowers, as this can take away from the natural beauty and character of the petals.

c. The final result will reflect the condition of the flowers when they arrive at our studio.

d. If flowers arrive in a condition that makes them unsuitable for pressing (for example, due to mould, pests, or significant damage), they may need to be discarded. If this happens, we’ll be in touch to discuss available alternatives or cancellation options.

4. Design and Customisation

a. Not all flowers may be used in the final artwork due to thickness, size, or space limitations.

b. Your chosen design style must be confirmed before we receive your flowers, as this determines how they are pressed. Once flowers are in the press, the pressing style cannot be changed. For this reason, changes such as switching from a bouquet recreation to a garden-style layout after pressing are not possible.

c. Unless otherwise agreed in writing during the design approval stage, our artists will use their creative judgement to produce a balanced and cohesive final piece.

5. Shipping and Delivery

a. We will not ship completed pieces until payment is fully received.

c. If you have chosen to collect your artwork from our Rozelle location, you must pick it up within 6 months of completion.

c. If you request an address change after shipping, we are not responsible for redirection or additional costs.

d. If you choose delivery without a signature requirement, Always in Bloom Studio is not responsible for loss or damage after carrier delivery.

e. If damage occurs during carrier transit, we may provide a return label within 14 days of delivery for repair. If this is the case, please preserve the flowers in the frame as best as you can.
